What You'll Do:

Meet with homeowners through door-to-door outreach to introduce solar solutions Educate customers on the benefits and savings opportunities of switching to solar Set qualified appointments for our solar consultants and sales leaders Build rapport with homeowners and provide an exceptional customer experience Learn proven sales strategies through hands-on training and mentorship Develop communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with opportunities for advancement

What We're Looking For:
