EPC Contractors is a growing solar energy company in Tampa Bay and we are hiring Appointment Setters and Closers to join our in-house sales team immediately. This is a structured, full-time sales role with morning team meetings, daily territory assignments, and real management support. You come in, learn the system, and get paid to execute it. We are not a side hustle. We are a professional team that invests in every rep we bring on.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will work directly with homeowners across the Tampa Bay area, introducing them to solar, HVAC, roofing, and water solutions. As a setter you book appointments. As a closer you run the full sale. We provide everything you need to succeed from day one.

WHAT YOU WILL EARN

Setter phase (first 90 days): $4,000 to $8,000 per month Closer phase (once trained): $8,000 to $12,000+ per month Top performers earn $100,000 to $150,000 annually

REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle 18 years of age or older Ability to work a full-time schedule Monday through Friday No prior sales experience required — we train you completely
