Job Description
The "solar coaster" has been intense the last 12 months. It is hard to know who to trust to pay you ethically and who to trust that will stay in business. If you have been in the solar industry in the past but had a bad experience; we are here to show you a side of solar that you haven't seen before. You will have the best pay for solar in all of Florida. If you are at another solar company and want to see an apples to apples comparison for commission, please send me an address so I can prove that you are being underpaid. Installs are completed in less than two weeks in Hillsborough county and less than 4 weeks in Pinellas and Pasco County. You can be a setter or a closer or a combination. We will provide any additional training that you need to be successful.
