This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to earn uncapped commissions in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door visits in designated neighborhoods to introduce our products/services and generate interest. Build rapport with homeowners to schedule appointments for sales consultations. Communicate the benefits of our offerings and answer preliminary questions. Accurately record appointment details and lead information in our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of appointments. Meet or exceed weekly appointment-setting goals.
Qualifications:
No prior experience required; sales or customer service experience is a plus. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, professional demeanor. Comfortable walking and working outdoors for extended periods. Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic. Basic proficiency with mobile apps or CRM tools for tracking leads (preferred but not required).
