This is not a commission-only position. You'll earn: $15.00 per hour $500•1,000 bonus for every qualifying solar sale generated from your efforts Additional advancement opportunities for top performers If you're competitive, comfortable talking to people, and want the ability to earn significantly more than a typical hourly job, we want to meet you. What You'll Do Work targeted neighborhoods and local events Speak directly with homeowners Introduce homeowners to Gambol Home's solar and battery solutions Identify homeowners interested in lowering or controlling their energy costs Collect basic customer information Schedule qualified appointments for our solar advisors Work alongside a team in assigned territories Track your conversations, leads, and appointments You are not responsible for closing the solar sale. Our solar advisors handle the consultation and closing process. When a homeowner you generate becomes a qualifying solar sale, you earn an additional $500•1,000 bonus based on the applicable incentive level.

Compensation Base Pay:

$15/hour

Solar Sale Bonus:

$500•1,000 per qualifying sale

Example:

Generate 4 qualifying solar sales in a month and your bonuses alone could equal: $2,000•4,000 That is in addition to your hourly pay. Performance matters.
