We sell battery storage to homeowners who already have solar - through pre-set, qualified appointments. No cold calling. No door knocking. Why this role out-earns typical solar sales jobs Most solar reps in this market average around $80k a year fighting over the same picked-over neighborhoods. Our closers don't. We send you to hand-picked territory with homeowners in urgent states of need - with lodging covered — which is why our reps average 3+ closed deals a week at ~$2,000 per deal. That's 3 deals × $2,000 × 50 weeks which is where the pay range above stems from. And the demand is growing, not shrinking: net-metering changes rolling out across multiple states are making battery storage more valuable to homeowners who already own solar. You're selling into a rising market. What you'll do Run an average of 2-3 pre-set, qualified appointments per day, 4-6 days per week Travel to assigned markets — overnight lodging covered by the company Present in-home, close, and follow up well enough to earn referrals Represent the company professionally in new markets What you get ~$2,000 average commission per battery installed ~$4,000 average commission per battery installed when lead is self-generated Lodging covered on travel Ongoing sales training and direct mentorship Performance bonuses and incentives Clear advancement path to leadership as we open new markets Flexible schedule Who thrives here: Our best closers are competitive, coachable, and own their results - nobody here blames the lead or the market.
