Position Overview We are looking for motivated Solar Sales Representatives to help homeowners discover how solar can lower energy costs and create long-term savings. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position and is 100% commission-based . Whether you are experienced in solar sales or completely new to the industry, we provide the tools, support, and opportunity to help you succeed. This role is perfect for individuals who: Want unlimited earning potential Prefer flexibility and freedom Thrive in competitive environments Enjoy talking to people Want to be part of a growing startup company Compensation Commission-Based Only 1099 Independent Contractor Paid at $0.15 per watt M1 and M2 payout structure M1 payout issued after initial project funding milestones are met M2 payout issued after secondary project financing/install milestones are completed Your income is directly tied to your performance, with no cap on earnings. Duties & Responsibilities Generate and close residential solar opportunities Conduct door-to-door canvassing and neighborhood outreach Self-generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, community involvement, and self-marketing efforts Follow up with company-provided leads Educate homeowners on solar savings, system benefits, and available programs Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process Schedule consultations and collect required homeowner information Stay in communication with homeowners during the project lifecycle Represent LT Solar professionally and positively in the field Work independently while contributing to company growth Lead Opportunities At LT Solar, we believe successful reps should control their own growth. Sales representatives can generate business through: Door-to-door prospecting Self-generated referrals Personal marketing and branding Social media outreach Networking Company-provided leads when available The most successful reps are self-driven and proactive.
