What You'll Do:

Engage with homeowners to showcase the benefits of solar energy and roofing solutions from Yellow Ball Roofing and Solar. Generate leads through our proven neighborhood program and other avenues to generate clients. Present tailored solar and roofing proposals that highlight savings and value. Close deals with confidence, backed by our expert team and top-tier products. Build lasting client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business. What We're Looking for: Driven individuals eager to succeed in sales and customer service ( no solar experience required - we train you! ). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with Montana homeowners. Self-motivated mindset with a hunger to surpass goals and maximize earnings. Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Sales experience is a plus but not required - we value passion and grit!
