The Mission As a Solar Sales Rep, you'll turn customer interest into high-impact projects—delivering Solar Sales solutions that help clients see clear value and ROI. You'll own the sales cycle from first conversation to signed proposal, aligning scope, pricing, and timelines so customers can move forward with confidence.
Key responsibilities include:
Plan and organize a daily schedule to service existing accounts, win new accounts, and secure orders Educate customers on financial and professional benefits of solutions Build lasting relationships with partners and end-users; generate referrals Attend pre-bid site visits; support preliminary designs and ROI estimates using company software Coordinate estimating (including Accubid), vendor quotes, spreadsheets, and final pricing Prepare, follow up on, and close proposals; attend turnover meetings prior to job start Hit agreed sales targets; attend sales/company meetings; cross-sell across divisions Required qualifications: 2+ years related field experience; HS diploma/equivalent Strong selling, negotiation, and computer skills (Word/Excel/Email)NABCEP PVTS
