This role is essential in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for direct sales and a knack for lead generation, with experience in both B2B, D2D, and retail sales environments.   • Engage in direct sales activities to promote our products and services.
  • Generate leads through door knocking
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients within your assigned territory.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on territory sales plans.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Track sales metrics and prepare reports on performance against targets. Requirements
  • Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a D2D or retail environment.
  • Familiarity with software tools that assist in lead generation and sales management.
  • Strong understanding of territory sales strategies and inside sales techniques.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs effectively.
  • Experience in retail sales is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
