This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll help oversee team performance, ensure quality standards, and support staff as needed. What You'll Do Supervise team members and ensure smooth daily operations Conduct quality checks to maintain service standards Train, support, and motivate team members Track labor hours and assist with scheduling and efficiency Manage inventory and place supply orders Communicate updates on schedules, procedures, and company policies Work closely with the Account Manager Step in to assist with coverage when needed Identify opportunities for additional services (carpet cleaning, floor care, window cleaning, etc.) What We're Looking For Reliable and team-oriented with a strong work ethic Strong communication and organizational skills Leadership mindset Willingness to learn and grow Comfortable stepping into different roles as needed Janitorial or facility services experience preferred (not required) Why Join Us?
