Unlike many companies that outsource installations, Big Wave Roofing & Solar is a full EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) installer — meaning we keep everything in-house from sales to installation. This allows us to maintain stronger quality control, communication, accountability, and customer satisfaction throughout the entire process. From point-of-sale to installation typically takes about 35 days in Pennsylvania, making us the fastest installer in the state! As we continue expanding across Pennsylvania, we are actively seeking motivated, coachable, and driven professionals to join our growing Sales Team. This is a performance-driven, in-home sales role built for individuals seeking uncapped earning potential, competitive commissions, and long-term career growth within a structured, supportive environment. What You Can Expect 1099 independent contractor position Competitive uncapped commission structure Commission-only compensation with high earning potential Company-generated appointments provided Self-generated business is preferred and highly rewarded Leadership and field support Flexible schedule Fast-growing company with advancement opportunities Average first-year performers typically earn $125,000+ annually Top performers can exceed $250,000+ annually What You'll Be Doing Meet with homeowners to evaluate roofing and solar needs Conduct in-home consultations and inspections Educate homeowners on solar energy savings, roofing systems, financing options, and project timelines Build trust and guide customers through the sales process from consultation to signed agreement Generate opportunities through referrals, networking, social media, and neighborhood canvassing Follow up with prospects and maintain pipeline activity Attend team meetings and ongoing sales training Maintain professionalism in communication, appearance, and customer interactions Work closely with leadership and operations to ensure a smooth customer experience What Makes This Opportunity Different At Big Wave Roofing & Solar, we believe great sales organizations are built through leadership, culture, accountability, and development — not pressure tactics.
