We are looking for a motivated, experienced Solar Sales Representative who knows how to close deals and wants to earn •seriously uncapped income•. What You'll Earn High-commission structure with very low redlines (you keep the majority of every deal) No cap on earnings — Top performers regularly earn $150K-$300K+ annually Weekly or bi-weekly commission payouts Residual opportunities on select accounts Key Benefits & Perks Flexible schedule - Work when you want. Early mornings, evenings, or weekends to catch homeowners In-house installation crew means faster project timelines, higher close rates, and happier customers Company-provided marketing leads + ability to generate your own Cutting-edge solar products and financing options that make deals easy to close Responsibilities Prospect and qualify homeowners & small businesses in your territory Conduct in-home or virtual solar consultations and presentations Educate customers on solar savings, incentives, and financing Manage the full sales cycle from lead to signed contract Maintain strong relationships for referrals and reviews Work closely with our in-house design and installation teams Requirements Proven experience in solar sales (or strong background in home improvement/roofing/HVAC sales) - Required Self-motivated, coachable, and driven by commission Excellent communication and presentation skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally Comfortable with technology (CRM, solar design software, tablets) Why Join Solar Energy Solutions of America?
