Responsibilities Engage potential clients through door-to-door outreach, leveraging outside sales techniques to generate leads and close deals. Conduct roofing and solar inspections to provide information to fix the issue. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track prospects, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate customer records. Lead negotiations confidently, ensuring mutual satisfaction while maximizing sales opportunities. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop local outreach strategies that boost brand awareness and customer engagement. Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the sales process from initial contact to project completion. Stay informed on the latest industry trends, technical specifications, and product offerings to effectively communicate benefits to clients. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, especially in roofing, solar energy, or energy-related sales environments. Strong background in marketing strategies and lead generation techniques. Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse communities effectively. Experience with door-to-door sales approaches and CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms. Knowledge of solar sales processes, technical product details, and negotiation tactics. Excellent customer service skills coupled with a proactive attitude toward sales development. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate yourself and others in a fast-paced environment.
