Company Overview Great Lakes Solar is a fast-growing solar energy company based in Northwest Indiana. We design, install, and maintain premium residential and commercial solar systems that slash energy bills and reduce carbon footprints across Northwest Indiana and the Greater Chicago land / Great Lakes region. With solar demand exploding throughout the Midwest, we're expanding our door-to-door sales team and looking for energetic, outgoing, and money-driven reps who thrive in the field and love helping people save! What you'll do Canvass neighborhoods door-to-door, introduce Great Lakes Solar, and generate high-quality solar leads on the spot Educate homeowners on solar + batteries and why it's a smart investment Build rapport quickly, overcome objections, and turn "no" into "yes" with confidence Generate referrals and follow up with warm leads to maximize your pipeline Track daily activity, appointments, and deals in our simple CRM system Work evenings and weekends when homeowners are most available What you need Proven door-to-door, canvassing, or sales experience (solar, roofing, home improvement, pest control, or cars preferred but not required) Bilingual is a plus Self-motivated, resilient, and hungry to earn six figures+ Outgoing personality with excellent communication and people skills - you're comfortable knocking on doors and talking to strangers Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Passion for clean energy and helping families save money on their electric bills
