Job Description We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative (solar, HVAC, roofing, windows, siding, or any high-ticket industry) ready to step in. You will start as a top-producing rep, then transition into a leadership role as we continue to grow: Master our proven sales process across solar, HVAC, roofing, windows, and siding (full training provided) Quickly ramp up and hit aggressive but achievable quotas We will Recruit, train, and lead a team of multi-product sales reps under your direction Scale operations across multiple Northern CA territories Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home and virtual consultations for solar, HVAC, roofing, windows, and siding with pre-qualified leads along with your own self-gen Close high-value deals using our proven multi-product sales system Learn quickly and adapt across product lines (training & mentorship provided) Willing to transition into management as we: hire, onboard, and coach new reps Willing to lead and drive team performance Requirements Proven sales experience in solar, HVAC, roofing, windows, siding, or any high-ticket industry (top performers from any field encouraged) Track record of hitting or exceeding quotas Strong work ethic, coachability, and leadership potential Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends as needed) Comfortable with in-home sales and virtual presentations What We Offer Lucrative commission structure
