About the Opportunity MVPower USA is growing in Austin, and we're looking for a specific kind of person: disciplined, driven, and done waiting for permission to succeed. If that's you — whether you're brand new and hungry or a seasoned solar closer — we should talk. This is independent, commission-based work with minimal oversight. We're not here to babysit; we're here to give serious people a serious platform and then get out of their way. The freedom is the reward — and the discipline is the price of admission. Put in the work and this role will out-earn almost anything else you could be doing. Coast, and it won't work at all. We're upfront about that. Choose Your Lane Appointment Setter (fresh go-getters welcome): identify and qualify homeowners, collect a recent electric bill, and book the consultation. Earn on every closed deal while you learn solar from the inside. Sales Consultant / Closer (seasoned pros): take full ownership of your deals on a top platform and earn a commission we're confident beats what you're getting now. We're Looking for People Who Are Disciplined and self-accountable above all else. Personable, persuasive, and genuinely helpful. Motivated by results — and willing to do the work to get them. Open to coaching (beginners) or already sharp (pros) — both have a home here. U.S.-authorized, with reliable transportation and a phone/computer.
