We Hire at Two Levels Setters (perfect for fresh go-getters): connect with homeowners, collect a recent power bill, qualify them, and set the appointment. You earn on every deal that closes — and you learn the entire business while you do it. Closers (for experienced solar pros): run your own deals start to finish on a platform built to support you, and keep a commission most companies won't come close to matching. You'll Do Well Here If You Are Disciplined, coachable, and self-driven. A strong communicator who genuinely likes people.
