Company Description Adore is a Window and Door Dealer specializing in high-end products for Custom Homes. We sell windows, doors and millwork products to Custom Home Builders, General Contractors and Home Owners. We are a fast growing company and gaining market share each day. We are looking for experienced sales reps with existing builder relationships who want to maximize earnings with higher commissions and less BS. www.adoretx.com Role Description This is a full-time outside sales rep position. Payment plan is extremely competitive with early commission structure, and high commission tiers. Qualifications We are looking for individuals with window and door sales experience. Who have existing builder contacts and can hit the ground running. 3 years minimum experience in window, doors or millwork sales. Excellent understanding of customer service and customer perspective is crucial. Superb communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient computer skills, all office programs, comfortable learning new programs. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
