Job Overview We are looking for experienced, seasoned sales professionals and proven closers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a successful background in solar, roofing, and home improvement sales. Solar sales experience is strongly preferred. This opportunity is designed for experienced salespeople who know how to build trust, overcome objections, follow up consistently, and close deals. This is not an entry-level sales position. What We're Looking For Proven sales and closing experience is required Solar or home improvement sales experience is strongly preferred Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale Professional, dependable, motivated, and results-driven Willingness to work evenings and weekends when customers are available Ability to manage leads, follow up consistently, and meet sales goals A strong desire to earn at a high level Compensation We offer a competitive, performance-based compensation plan with a realistic opportunity to earn six figures for experienced sales professionals who can produce results.
