Duties Manage inventory control by accurately tracking stock levels using RF scanners and other inventory management tools Load and unload shipments efficiently, utilizing equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary Stock shelves, produce sections, and backroom areas with fresh merchandise, ensuring proper organization and presentation Assist with shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely replenishment of products Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store's storage areas, including regular cleaning and maintenance tasks Support merchandising efforts by setting up displays and ensuring products are properly packaged for sale or shipment Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries about product locations and assisting with store navigation Skills Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures, including experience with RF scanners and warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper ergonomic techniques Bilingual or multilingual communication skills to assist a diverse customer base effectively Experience working in grocery stores or retail environments with a focus on stocking, produce handling, or merchandising Excellent organizational skills to keep stock areas tidy and efficiently arranged Familiarity with retail math for inventory counts, pricing, and sales transactions Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and deliver exceptional customer service Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, including load & unload operations and inventory control practices Join us in creating a vibrant shopping environment where every product is perfectly in place!
