Job Description

We're looking for a dependable and motivated Stock Associate to join our team in Montgomery. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you. About the Role As a Stock Associate, you'll play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, stocking merchandise, and supporting daily store operations. Your work helps ensure products are available, organized, and ready for customers. What You'll DoInventory & Stock Management Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments and deliveries Organize merchandise in stockrooms and designated storage areas Stock shelves, displays, and sales floor merchandise accurately and efficiently Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to management Assist with inventory counts, stock audits, and product rotation Ensure products are properly labeled, priced, and displayed Identify and report damaged, missing, or misplaced merchandise Store Operations & Support Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockrooms and work areas Replenish merchandise throughout the day to keep products available for customers Assist with promotional displays, seasonal setups, and merchandising projects Move and arrange inventory throughout the store as needed Work collaboratively with team members to support daily store operations General Responsibilities Follow company safety procedures and inventory management guidelines Maintain high standards of organization and store presentation Safely operate stock-handling equipment when authorized and trained Adapt to changing priorities and business needs during shifts What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving merchandise Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous experience in stocking, warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, retail, or stockroom support is helpful but not required. Training is provided for the right candidate.
