Responsibilities Stock shelves with produce, groceries, and other merchandise, ensuring items are properly organized and accessible. Conduct regular inventory control checks to identify discrepancies, damaged items, or expired products, maintaining optimal stock levels. Assist with packaging products for sale or shipment while adhering to safety standards and quality guidelines. Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays that attract customers and promote sales. Maintain cleanliness of the stockroom, sales floor, and storage areas through routine cleaning and organization tasks. Provide excellent customer service by responding to shopper inquiries about product locations or availability. Collaborate with team members on shipping & receiving tasks to ensure timely delivery of merchandise. Communicate effectively across departments in multiple languages if applicable to enhance team coordination. Experience Previous retail stocking experienced Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and maintenance tasks. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are a benef Physical ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and stand for extended periods throughout shifts.
