You will report directly to our Senior Director Materials Management, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid, work schedule. You will be accountable for setting the strategic direction of rotable bank management across global Repair & Overhaul (R&O) sites, driving process standardization, and ensuring that inventory levels reliably support shop turnaround time (TAT) targets.
