Duties Receive incoming shipments using RF scanners and manually unload goods with proper safety techniques Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools to load, unload, and transport products Stock shelves accurately according to store layout plans, ensuring products are organized for easy access Maintain inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and updating inventory management systems Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipping or retail display Support shipping & receiving processes by loading and unloading trucks efficiently and safely Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by following proper maintenance and manual handling practices Skills Proficiency with RF scanners, forklift operation, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and management Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs Experience in retail store operations or grocery environments is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safe lifting practices Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and managing stock levels accurately Knowledge of merchandising, product placement, and retail math principles Effective teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting Multilingual capabilities enhance customer service interactions in diverse communities Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures and materials handling equipment operation Join us as a Stocker to help create an organized shopping environment where customers find what they need quickly!
