Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Store Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for stocking merchandise, maintaining cooler inventory, organizing center-store products, and ensuring the store remains clean and customer-ready at all times. Responsibilities Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with merchandise. Keep the store clean, including floors, counters and restrooms areas. Remove trash and maintain a safe, clean work environment. Receive and organize deliveries. Maintain cooler inventory and ensure products are properly rotated. Restock center-store merchandise and keep shelves organized. Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items. Assist customers in locating products and provide excellent customer service. Follow company policies and store procedures. Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stock merchandise for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Previous retail, stocking, warehouse, or convenience store experience is preferred but not mandatory. Must be authorized to work in the Arizona. Benefits Growth opportunities within the company.
