Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Stock Room Associate and become a vital part of our warehouse operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, handling materials, and ensuring the smooth flow of stock throughout the facility. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient environment. Whether you're stocking shelves, operating material handling equipment, or receiving, your contributions will directly impact our ability to serve customers effectively and keep our operations running seamlessly. Duties Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage. Accurately stock materials, parts, and supplies in designated locations. Pick, stage, and distribute materials to internal departments as required. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and routine audits. Process inventory transactions using ERP or inventory management systems. Ensure stockroom areas remain clean, organized, and safe. Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages or discrepancies. Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory control and operational efficiency.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. Forklift certification or willingness to become certified. Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environment.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment. Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
