Stock Associate Job Responsibilities:
Maintains correct quantities of items on the sales floor. Breaks down and discards empty packaging. Checks items received against shipping invoice to ensure the shipment is accurate. Unpacks inventory. Sensors, steams, folds and hangs merchandise to prepare merchandise to go out on the sales floor. Organizes inventory in the stockroom. Ensures the stock room is organized, clean and merchandise is floor ready at all times. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have a high school diploma/GED. Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Regular attendance is essential to this position in order to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives. Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
Stock Associate Qualifications/Skills:
Strong organizational, time-management and multitasking skills. Ability to lift 25-30 pounds and stand for long periods of time Detail oriented. Strong communication skills. Availability to work nights and weekends.
