In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inventory, operating warehouse equipment, and supporting retail store needs. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth warehouse operations, accurate stock management, and excellent customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in materials handling, inventory control, and retail logistics while working in a collaborative environment that values safety, organization, and efficiency. Responsibilities Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and transport products safely and efficiently Manage inventory control processes including stocking shelves, conducting cycle counts, and maintaining accurate records using inventory management systems Assist in shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments, processing inbound and outbound deliveries, and ensuring proper documentation Support retail store operations by organizing products on the sales floor, merchandising displays, and preparing items for sale or distribution Perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while adhering to safe lifting practices to prevent injuries Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area to promote safety and efficiency Provide excellent customer service by supporting retail store staff with product knowledge, stocking needs, and inventory inquiries Experience Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is preferred Experience with inventory management systems and RF scanners is highly desirable Knowledge of forklift operation, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment is a plus Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse team members and customers Retail store experience or grocery store background can be beneficial in understanding product placement and merchandising principles Strong organizational skills combined with attention to detail for accurate stock control and inventory tracking Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and supporting retail sales efforts Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, manual handling, and standing for extended periods Join us today to be part of a vibrant team committed to excellence in retail logistics!
