Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Omnichannel Stock Associate in Calabasas, where your energy and attention to detail will drive seamless inventory management across our retail and online channels. In this vital role, you will ensure that stock levels are accurate, products are well-organized, and customer needs are met with efficiency and enthusiasm. Your proactive approach will help create a positive shopping experience both in-store and online, supporting our commitment to excellence in every interaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in retail operations, warehouse procedures, and customer service while contributing to a vibrant team environment. Responsibilities Manage inventory control processes, including stock replenishment, product stocking, and organization within the warehouse and sales floor. Operate RF scanners and other materials handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to load, unload, and transport merchandise safely and efficiently. Assist with shipping & receiving activities by verifying shipments, processing deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Support merchandising efforts by organizing products for display, ensuring proper signage, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. Perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while adhering to safe lifting practices to prevent injury. Conduct routine maintenance of stock areas, including cleaning shelves, packing products for shipment, and ensuring overall safety standards are met. Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, locating items, and offering support in both retail sales and online order pickups. Skills Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and experience with RF scanners for tracking stock movements. Proficiency in warehouse equipment operation such as pallet jacks and forklifts; certification is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer needs. Experience with produce handling, packaging, shipping & receiving procedures, and retail math calculations. Familiarity with grocery store operations or retail sales environments is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina; manual handling expertise is essential. Demonstrated commitment to safety practices during stock loading/unloading and materials handling activities. Strong customer service orientation combined with organizational skills to support a smooth omnichannel shopping experience.
