Full-Time / Part-Time Position Summary MegaMart is looking for a reliable and customer-focused HBC Clerk to assist with the daily operation of our Health & Beauty Care department. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while maintaining well-stocked, clean, and organized shelves. Key Responsibilities Stock and replenish HBC products, including personal care, health, beauty, and household items. Organize and maintain product displays and shelves. Check product prices, labels, and promotional signage. Monitor inventory and notify management when products need to be replenished. Assist customers with locating products and answering basic product-related questions. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable department. Check product expiration dates and remove expired or damaged merchandise. Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing merchandise. Follow proper merchandising and stocking procedures. Follow all company safety, sanitation, and operational policies. Perform other duties as assigned by the HBC Manager or Store Management. Qualifications Previous grocery, retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred. HBC/health and beauty retail experience is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Ability to lift, carry, bend, and stand for extended periods. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Preferred Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus. Previous experience working in a supermarket or retail environment is preferred.

$17.50 / hour
