Our retro boutique is just steps from the beach and features an exciting mix of emerging brands. As a Stock Associate, you will play a key role in keeping our store running smoothly by managing inventory, processing shipments, maintaining backstock organization, and supporting the sales floor so our team can deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Riviera Village Responsibilities:

Receive, unpack, sort, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently. Tag, steam, and prepare merchandise for the sales floor in a timely manner. Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring products are easy to locate, properly stored, and inventory is well-managed. Replenish the sales floor regularly to keep displays full, neat, and shopper-ready. Assist with inventory counts, stock transfers, and maintaining accurate product placement and records. Support visual merchandising efforts by helping move product, restock displays, and keep the floor looking fresh. Maintain overall store presentation by keeping the stockroom, sales floor, fitting rooms, and back areas clean and organized. Provide friendly, helpful customer service when on the floor: greeting guests, answering basic questions, and directing them to products or team members as needed. Operate the point-of-sale system and assist with transactions when required. Collaborate with the team to support daily operations, promotions, and special events. Contribute to a positive, efficient, and customer-focused team environment.

Qualifications:

Previous retail or stockroom experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift and move merchandise (up to 40-50 lbs), climb ladders, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
