Job Description

Our client, a leader in advanced manufacturing solutions, is seeking a Manufacturing Efficiency Tech (Stockroom) to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:
Manufacturing Efficiency Technician (Stockroom)
Location:
San Luis Obispo, CA Pay Range:
$23-25/hr + 10% shift differential for 2nd shift.
Shift:
Monday through Friday, 2nd Shift (3pm-11:30pm) What's the Job? Verify inventory levels and production materials before shifts begin Support work order processing and production flow Maintain accurate inventory and data entry records using MRP systems (SAP experience preferred) Organize materials, assembly kits, and documentation Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Work closely with production and operations teams What's Needed? 1-2 years of prior warehouse experience required Experience using MRP systems, ideally SAP Manufacturing industry experience preferred Strong organization and attention to detail Comfortable using computers and MS Office Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods High school diploma or GED required
