SAP ERP Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate daily inventory control activities to maintain accurate stock levels Perform and oversee cycle counting processes; investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions Monitor and reconcile inventory transactions within the ERP/WMS system

Skills & Experience:

Partner with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to proactively resolve shortages, overages, or variances Ensure all shipments are completed each day. Support the shipping department as needed to ensure on-time delivery Ensure all receipts are completed in the day the material hits the dock with a deep focus on accuracy Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Education:

HS Diploma; Bachelor's degree in any field preferred

Equipment Used:

Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or similar)

Physical Requirements:

Lifting, Moving, Pushing upto 50lb's. Bending, crouching, kneeling on a regular basis

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
