The ideal candidate has previous stocking, retail, warehouse, or leadership experience and is comfortable directing a team while ensuring shelves and inventory are properly stocked, organized, and ready for the next business day. Responsibilities Lead and supervise evening stocking associates. Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately. Stock merchandise and maintain organized, clean shelves and backroom areas. Receive, sort, and organize incoming merchandise as needed. Ensure products are rotated, properly labeled, and placed in the correct locations. Monitor inventory and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies. Train and support new team members. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise as required. Comfortable working evenings and being on your feet for extended periods. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
