The ideal candidate has previous stocking, retail, warehouse, or leadership experience and is comfortable directing a team while ensuring shelves and inventory are properly stocked, organized, and ready for the next business day. Responsibilities Lead and supervise evening stocking associates. Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately. Stock merchandise and maintain organized, clean shelves and backroom areas. Receive, sort, and organize incoming merchandise as needed. Ensure products are rotated, properly labeled, and placed in the correct locations. Monitor inventory and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies. Train and support new team members. Maintain a safe and productive work environment. Communicate shift updates, issues, and completed work to management. Ensure the team meets company productivity and stocking standards. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age and able to work variable hours/shifts, Weekends Holidays. Previous stocking, retail, warehouse, or inventory experience required. Previous leadership or lead experience preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and lead a team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise as required. Comfortable working evenings and being on your feet for extended periods. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. What We're Looking For We want someone who is reliable, hands-on, organized, trustworthy and experienced in leading a team. The successful candidate will take ownership of the evening shift and make sure stocking responsibilities are completed correctly, efficiently, and on time. Must be a team player!
