A Lead Stocker trains and supervises stock and sales associates on all inventory handling processes from receiving goods in the warehouse to stocking them on the retail floor. Manages staffing levels of stockers to enable consistent replenishment of store. Ensures fully stocked displays and shelves, including the rotation of product to prevent losses due to expiration. Oversees stockroom, performs stock room maintenance and shipping tasks.

Shift:

2nd (11:00am - 7:30pm) Monday through Sunday, with rotating days off.

Pay rate:

$20.00 +

DOE Requirements:

Experience as a kitchen team lead managing groups of 10 to 15 people. High energy, enthusiastic, and displays an affinity for our products, core values, and company philosophy. Speak English and Spanish Extensive knowledge of Specialty products. Growth mindset towards greater responsibility and ownership. Desire to coach and mentor others for growth with the merchandise knowledge. Excellent interpersonal motivational, and customer relationship skills. Advanced knowledge of product industry regulations and procedures. Proficient mathematical skills for managing inventory.
