•SF, South Bay, East Bay, wherever you're based.
Growth side:
run experiments of all kinds. Brainstorm approaches, turn the best ones into actions, try them in the wild, measure what works. Flyers, QR drops, club outreach, campus stunts
•pitch it, ship it, learn.
Ops side:
help arrange and attend real hangouts through Mapi. This only works if you genuinely know where the fun is around you, so local knowledge is the job requirement.
You:
based in the Bay Area area you'd cover, plugged into the social scene, and the kind of person who'd rather test five ideas this week than polish one for a month.
Structure:
8-week program, remote and campus-based, hours are yours. Strong performers move into paid roles with the team after the program.
