Job Description

Mariposa Market is hiring a produce clerk. We are looking for serious, hard working, team players. •
MUST BE AVAILABLE EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS
•The ideal candidate should: Show up to work on time, ready to work. Be comfortable handling produce. give excellent customer service. team player - must work well in a team and independently. Fills in for peers and supervisors when necessary. Listens to customer concerns and resolves problems to restore and promote good public relations. Ensures proper prepping, stocking, and rotating of produce. Cleans all appropriate areas in the produce department. Washes produce. Sets up displays. Sorts produce to look for spoils and imperfections. Maintain constant communication with supervisor in the produce department to ensure that everybody is updated on pertinent information & is aware of any changes. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
