Duties Efficiently load and unload merchandise using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Stock shelves accurately by receiving shipments, verifying inventory with RF scanners, and maintaining proper product placement Conduct regular inventory control checks to identify discrepancies and ensure stock levels meet store demands Assist customers with locating products, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service to enhance their shopping experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor by performing routine cleaning and merchandising tasks Prepare products for sale through proper packaging, labeling, and display setup in accordance with store standards Support shipping & receiving processes by managing inbound deliveries and preparing outgoing shipments efficiently Experience Previous warehouse experience or retail sales background preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and stock control processes Ability to operate equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other warehouse tools safely Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Physical ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts Familiarity with retail math principles for accurate stock counting and sales transactions is advantageous Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently Join us today to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while honing your skills in inventory management, merchandising, and retail operations. $23.26 - $28.01 per hour
