• Englewood / Centennial, Colorado Cost Plus Electric Supply is looking for an experienced, dependable Team Lead to manage the day-to-day operations of our South location.

This is a hands-on management position for someone who understands electrical distribution, enjoys working directly with customers, and is confident leading a small team. Our Team Leads are responsible for keeping their location organized, productive, customer-focused, and working closely with the other Cost Plus locations. What You'll Do As the South Team Lead, you will: Direct and support a team of approximately 2-3 team members. Make sure the store opens and closes on time and is ready for business each day. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with contractors and customers. Keep the branch organized, clean, professional, and active. Manage inventory flow, receiving, stocking, transfers, and inventory control. Help identify and resolve inventory discrepancies. Make sure orders, will-call material, and branch activity are handled accurately and efficiently. Communicate regularly with Team Leads and management at our other Cost Plus locations. Help maintain consistent company procedures and service standards. Assist customers with product selection and electrical material questions. Help keep the team productive during both busy and slower periods. Take ownership of the overall appearance, organization, and daily performance of the location. What We're Looking For 3-5 years of electrical supply or electrical distribution experience required. Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred. Confident directing and supporting a small team. Strong knowledge of common electrical products and materials. Strong customer service and communication skills. Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to take ownership of the branch. Comfortable working with inventory, computers, order entry, and warehouse processes. Able to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, coworkers, and other locations. Experience reading electrical plans, lighting packages, or electrical gear is a plus, but not required .
