$21.00 - 26.00/USD hourly Job Summary The Packing Lead oversees daily workflow and provides directions to team members within the packing department. What You'll Do... Oversee daily packing operations and guide team members to meet production targets Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods; match with purchase orders and document discrepancies Package finished goods using appropriate materials, ensuring protection, labeling, and accurate documentation Operate and maintain equipment such as forklifts, hand pallet jacks, packaging machines, and weight scales in accordance with all OSHA and Vomela safety standards Monitor inventory levels for packaging materials; assist with physical inventory counts and restocking Ensure accurate entry of labor hours and maintain records, logs, and quality standards Collaborate with leadership to set schedules, assign tasks, and resolve workflow issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following all company policies Other duties as assigned Requirements What You'll Bring...
