Duties Stock shelves efficiently using inventory management systems and RF scanners to ensure accurate product placement. Load and unload shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks and adhering to safety protocols. Maintain inventory control by conducting regular stock counts, organizing products, and identifying discrepancies. Assist customers with product inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and support retail sales efforts. Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, dusting, and maintaining the cleanliness of storage areas and aisles. Support shipping & receiving processes by verifying deliveries, organizing stockroom areas, and managing inventory flow. Requirements Previous retail experience preferred; familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and operate equipment such as pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and stock control. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases. Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks efficiently. Knowledge of retail math for accurate stock counting and sales tracking. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a high level of organization and safety standards.
