As a Service Associate, you'll be at the forefront of our customer experience while developing valuable skills in retail operations and leadership. You'll make an impact by: Delivering exceptional customer service as the face of Mackey's Leading by example and mentoring team members Managing inventory control processes with precision Operating equipment including forklifts (training provided) Creating inspiring product displays and merchandising Supporting both in-store and online order fulfillment Contributing ideas to improve our operations

Requirements:

WHAT YOU BRING A

passion for customer service and problem-solving Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Desire to learn and master new skills Flexibility to work in a dynamic retail environment Availability to work one weekend day per week (with one regular weekend day off) Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (we provide training)
