Stocking Associate (Veterans with VA Ratings and Personnel with Disabilities Encouraged to Apply)

Overnight Stocker List of Key Responsibilities:

Must be able to pass a background check. R2W is an Ability One non-profit organization. Disabled personnel are encouraged to apply. Reports directly to Project Manager (PM) and/or Operations Manager (OM). Accountable for Commissary Performance Evaluation Rating Conducts stocking of store for the Mayport Commissary. Must meet or exceed pre-set of 38 cases per hour (Fast and Accurate Stocking). Maintain DeCA and R2W forms and obtain verification signatures. Directly reports to Project Manager (PM) and/or Operations Manager (OM)

Required Skills:

1 - 3 years stocking and custodial related supervisory experience Excellent Communication, Customer Service, and Math Skills Ability to Exceed in a Performance Based Environment Professional Demeanor Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)

Comprehension Must Have Knowledge of:

Overview:

Ensuring all the case stocking counts meet or exceed the pre-set goals are a MUST! Follow directions of store management while maintaining contract guidelines. Must have strong initiative, work smartly and quickly to stock shelves, and able to work independently. Reports to the stocking supervisor or PM all information pertaining stocking conditions, counts, and concerns. Communicate in a professional manner when addressing employees and management.

Punctual Overview:

Communicate in a professional manner when addressing employees and management. Must be a fast-paced stocker and merchandise placement accuracy. We are looking for personnel who are self-motivated leaders, who are focused and attentive to detail. Performs stocking for the Mayport Commissary. Stocks at a rate of 38 cases per hour. Must have strong work ethic and integrity.
