We're looking for an enthusiastic, dependable team member to help represent our brand at local markets and create positive experiences for our customers. Position Overview We're seeking a friendly, motivated Market Associate to assist with market operations, customer service, and product sales. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a growing small business. Schedule is part-time, primarily weekends, with a start date within the next few weeks. Key Responsibilities Assist with setting up and breaking down market booths, including transporting and organizing products, equipment, and displays Greet customers, answer questions, and share information about our products Process customer purchases and handle transactions accurately Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing market display Restock merchandise and monitor product inventory throughout market events Represent Banana Brittle Worldwide with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive attitude Support general market operations and other tasks as needed Qualifications & Requirements Availability to work part-time, primarily on weekends Reliable transportation to and from market locations in the Jacksonville area Ability and willingness to lift and carry up to 40 pounds Strong interpersonal and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently or with a small team Ability and willingness to take care of physical setup and breakdown activities Previous customer service, retail, or farmers market experience is a plus but not required Enthusiasm for our products and brand is a big plus Why Join Us?
