Job Description

Donation Attendant - New Location Opening! Local Donation Drop-Off Site | (Open Availability Needed) Be Part of Something New We're opening a brand-new donation drop-off site and looking for dependable, energetic team members to help us launch it successfully! If you enjoy working in a smaller, close-knit team and take pride in staying active while helping others, this could be the perfect fit. What You'll Do As a Donation Attendant, you'll be the friendly face of our new location—keeping things running smoothly while making a great impression on every donor. Greet donors with a positive, welcoming attitude and provide excellent customer service Receive and sort incoming donations into the appropriate areas Assist donors with loading and unloading items from their vehicles Operate equipment such as pallet jacks to safely move materials Maintain a clean, organized, and safe donation site Support daily operations including opening/closing tasks and basic record keeping What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who thrives in a hands-on role and enjoys staying busy throughout the day.
Must-Haves:
Open availability—ready to work days, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Strong work ethic and ability to work in a small team environment Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving donations Preferred (but not required): Previous receiving, warehouse, or stock experience Experience with loading/unloading trucks or vehicles Familiarity using pallet jacks or similar equipment What the Job Is Like Active, on-your-feet workday (lifting, sorting, moving items) Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions Small team setting where your contributions really matter Why Join Us?
