Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a retail or grocery environment, preferably in produce or perishables. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and reaching for extended periods. Basic knowledge of produce varieties and proper handling techniques. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with inventory management systems or point-of-sale technology. Certification in food safety or handling (e.g., ServSafe). Familiarity with organic and specialty produce items. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Bilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base.
