In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining organized inventory, stocking shelves, and ensuring products are readily available for customers. Whether you're managing inventory control or assisting with shipping and receiving, your contributions will keep our store running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Manage inventory levels using RF scanners to accurately track stock movements and ensure proper stock rotation Load and unload shipments safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Stock shelves, produce sections, and backroom storage areas with precision and attention to detail Assist with shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery of products Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including regular cleaning and maintenance tasks Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays and ensuring products are properly labeled Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product locations and answering questions in multiple languages if needed Qualifications Prior warehouse experience or retail sales background preferred but not required; training provided Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift Experience operating RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment is a plus Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for inventory management and stock control Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and customers Knowledge of grocery store operations, merchandising, packaging, shipping & receiving procedures, and retail math principles is advantageous Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods in a fast-paced environment Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while advancing your career in retail logistics!
