Position Overview The company is seeking an experienced Head of Buying to lead merchandise strategy across its store network. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role responsible for building and executing a buying strategy that balances customer demand, seasonality, and margin goals across dozens of locations. The Head of Buying will oversee a team of buyers, partner closely with inventory and supply chain functions, and play a key role in shaping the company's product assortment going forward. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end merchandise buying and assortment planning across all product categories and store locations. Develop and execute seasonal buying strategies that align with sales trends, customer preferences, and financial targets. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors and manage key supplier relationships. Partner with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure the right product is in the right location at the right time, minimizing overstock and stockouts.
