About the
Associate Role:
We are partnered with a fast-growing platform focused on GPU deployment, infrastructure financing, and institutional capital formation. The team is building a market-leading investment platform with a multi-hundred-million-dollar pipeline and a significant near-term deployment schedule. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and a passion for infrastructure, capital markets, and emerging AI-driven asset classes. You'll support financings, investor engagement, and strategic initiatives across the platform. The Associate will be responsible for: Build and maintain detailed financial models related to GPU deployments and investment opportunities. Support capital raising efforts, debt financings, and strategic initiatives from initial structuring through execution. Assist in managing relationships with investors, lenders, and financing partners. Contribute to fund operations, including SPVs and potential new fund launches. Prepare investment materials, presentations, and internal documentation for stakeholders. Identify new opportunities to enhance platform growth and capital formation strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field 2+ years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, investment banking, or a related field Experience in asset-heavy sectors (data centers, GPU infrastructure, energy, or similar) preferred Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and presentation development Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment High ownership mindset with comfort operating in ambiguous, high-growth environments If this role is exciting don't hesitate to apply!
